Every TIN holder and other person who has obligation to submit their income tax return they have to make a return with financial statement and other necessary documents. Businessman having trade license from any local government authority, partner of a partnership firm, director or shareholder of a private or public company, professional person like: advocate, dentist, doctor etc; who has a arm license and other persons under Income Tax Ordinance, 1984.

Company Return Submission:

Every public or private limited company under Companies Act, 1994 have to submit their tax return with audit report to the concern income tax circle to avoid fine and ex parte tax assessment.

Assessment & Making VAT Return

VAT is to be paid on the sales of the previous month by the 15th of each month. The VAT return has to be submitted through online at the legal proportional rate on the goods sold on last month.
