Income Tax:

Personal Tax Return

Every TIN holder and other person who has obligation to submit their income tax return under Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 have to make a return with financial statement and other necessary documents.

Company Tax Return

Every public or private limited company under Companies Act, 1994 have to submit their tax return with audit report to the concern income tax circle to avoid fine and ex parte tax assessment.

Tax Planning is necessary and mandatory for every individual, company, NGO and other tax payer to avoid unreasonable tax imposition, fine and to calculation of TDS, AIT and others.

Income Tax Hearing

Tax hearing conducted in the office of Deputy Commissioner of Taxes & Joint Commissioner of Taxes in the time normal assessment of return and audit hearing. It is also conducted in the time of appeal hearing before Range, Appeal Commissioner and Appeal Tribunal of taxes.

Audit by CA Firm

Audit report is needed for company, partnership firm and others to make income tax Return and RJSC return.

Audit report made by CA firm signed by a FCA who is recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.

Audit includes financial statement, report and others as well.

Audit by Income Tax/VAT Office

An income tax officer or VAT officer may scrutinize a return file, if tax or VAT department think that the concern assessee conceal any information or evasion tax or VAT.
